How we do it

We offer a transcription service to increase disabled people's access to information, services and employment. Our service supports you to communicate the same information, in the same time and with the same quality to your clients, customers and staff.

Our transcription service is divided into two main areas:

1. Ad-hoc requests

This service is for 1-copy documents or multiple-copy distribution of the same document in various formats. For example newsletters, magazines and generic marketing campaigns.

2. Variable data service

This service is designed for the provision of documents which are sent to multiple recipients, such as statements, letters, insurance documents and targeted marketing campaigns. We currently fulfill format provision for a number of the UK's largest stores, banks and insurers.

With this service we assign dedicated contract managers that work with you to understand your requirement, documents and variations. We then provide you with possible solutions that ensure your organisation is meeting it's legal duties and maintaining respectful communication with disabled clients, customers and staff and at reasonable cost to you.

As the variable data service is dealing with personal & sensitive data and information we have implemented numerous security and safety policies around the variable data provision. We are also registered as a data controller as required under the Data Protection Act.
