About Us
Our products and services
are designed to increase and maintain the continual inclusion of disabled
people in mainstream employment and services.
Disability Equality is at the heart of our work. We implement the principles of the social model in the design and delivery of our services; in the inclusion of disabled staff in our programmes; and in the relationship we build with you. With disabled people being both our critics and advisers, we have refined our services to develop people, products and principles to the highest standard.
Our approach is to work with you to design the best product or service for your organisation that will enable you to implement the social model of disability. You can either choose from our ‘ready-made’ products and services; or work with us to design something new for your organisation.
Our consultants are disabled professionals with a range of backgrounds, including organisational development, training and development, academic research and law. We combine the experience of disabled people and the skills of professional consultants to deliver our services.
