Our desk-top service is a comprehensive service that provides alternative formats in the recipient’s preferred format with the same content and quality as the original document. Desk-top editing, formatting and quality checking is required to retain the full complexity of the original documents including items such as formatting, diagrams, tables, pictures, house-style and logos.
Online Service
Our online service accessed via our website provides a fastrack service for small ‘plain text only’ documents up to 1200 words to be transcribed into braille, audio and large print. No desk-top editing, formatting or quality checking is carried out; and is therefore an efficient way to produce small documents such as leaflets, letters, minutes and agenda in an alternative format.
Next Day
We can turn a transcription documents around in 24 hours. We would discuss and agree with you the different transcription options available to us, such as form of original document, the level of presentation and distribution with your client.

Equality
The challenge is to communicate in the recipient's preferred format at the same time, with the same content and quality as the original document.
The idea is simple; you provide us with an early electronic copy of the document and we will deliver the transcribed version on the 'same day' as the original.
